(2) -는 데 for doing, in doing
This form is used to indicate purpose(for doing) or fitness(in doing).

라틴어를 표기하는 데 사용하려고 라틴문자를 만들었다.

공부하는 데 필요해서 책상과 의자를 샀습니다.
I bought the desk and chair because I need it to study.
제 친구는 먹는 데 돈을 가장 많이 씁니다.
My friend uses the most money on eating.
그 책은 어려워서 읽는 데 시간이 많이 필요해요.
That book is difficult, so you need more time to read it.
도서관이 가까워서 가는 데 5분도 안 걸려요.
The library is close, so it doesn't even take five minutes to get there.


(3) -로써/으로써 with, by means of……
This marker is used for express an instrument or means.

문자를 사용함으로써 책이 만들어지게 되었다.
By using characters, a book is made.
친구와 이야기함으로써 고민을 해결할 수 있다.
By speaking to a friend, your worries may be solved.
책을 읽음으로써 생각을 넓힐 수 있다.
By reading, you can widen your thoughts.
사진을 찍음으로써 추억을 남길 수 있다.
By taking pictures, you can keep memories.
여행을 함으로써 생각이 넓어진다.
By going on trips, you expand your thoughts.


(4) -라도/이라도 even if...
This form is used to a lack of enthusiasm about one's choice.

같은 글자라도 위치에 따라 글자 모양이 바뀐다.
Although it is the same character, the shape changes depending on the location.
아무리 어려운 문제라도 끝까지 풀어 보세요.
Even if it is a hard question, try to solve it to the end.
