If ‘-밖에 없다’ follows a noun, then it means that there is nothing else more.

(3) -중이다 be -ing
This form, preceded by action verbs, indicates a process or continuing action.

수소 에너지를 사용하기 위한 연구가 계속 진행 중이다.
There are many experiments being studied in order to use hydrogen as energy.
이 문제를 풀 수 있는 방법이 무엇인지 생각 중이에요.
I am thinking about how I can solve this problem.
유나는 내일 중요한 시험이 있어서 공부 중이에요.
Yuna is studying for an important test tomorrow.
지금 식사 중이니까 나중에 다시 전화할게.
I am eating now, so I will call you again later.
마이클 씨는 지금 휴가 중이라서 회사에 나오지 않아요.
Michael is vacationing now, so he doesn't come to work.


(4) -았다가/었다가/했다가
This form is used to indicate reversal, nullification, or unanticipated consequence, following the completion of the first action.

태양열 주택은 낮에 태양의 열로 물을 데워 두었다가 밤에 사용한다.
